merry xmas :D

Merry Christmas everyone!! (to those of us who celebrate christmas, anyways, as to those other people, well, hope you're enjoying yourself lately.)

i hope everyone got something they wanted and gave something that someone really enjoyed. add in some good times with those closest to you and you're set to go.

me, it's been a good christmas day. some of the things i was given were

• my drivers handbook so i can get my g1 in a month
• a pair of boots
• a 50 pack of blank cd's (ALLLLL mine, and oh yea, nomey, they're memorex, not maxell or whatever i said)
• wireless headphones cause i accidentally broke the pair of really nice regular ones i got last year, they're amazing
• a teddy bear from my little sis
• a heart keepsake box from the middle child, theres 12 semi-precious stones smooothed and shaped as little heart pendants, it's gorgeous
• a 16 month calendar with the most fantastic fantasy / dragon art
• toe socks with lips and 'x's and 'o's on the toes
• glosette raisins (bonus, they're absolutely impossible to find in the town)
• 5 burnt cd's from april, including the lion king, olp's gravity, the underworld soundtrack, big shiny tunes 6, and pink floyd's the wall
• a Toby Mac cd -> 'momentum'
• a necklace with a 'k' on it
• this funky red shirt with a dragon embroidered on it
• a fuzzy red housecoat with penguins at the bottom
• a cross-stitch of a siamese kitten in memory of mocha
• 4 dollars in Timmy's money
• a card from my grandpa with a 50 dollar bill in it
• really really funky snap bracelets

plus, not exactly mine, but the households, we got a new 32in. t.v. cause our old one broke, and pirates of the carribean (amazing movie! i hugged it throughout the entire gift-opening part of the morning). and then there were a whole lot of little things in the 12 days before xmas, if the house was clean we'd get to stick our hand in a bag with our name on it and pick a small gift.

my god, do people ever love me :D it's been a good year, and all of my gifts went over well, i'm pleased to say.

so we had my gramma and uncle paul over in the morning for gift opening, and then the other uncles and related people showed up. they spent 6 hours making dinner, and then we sat down 14 people to have christmas dinner. i think they're planning to watch the second LOTR soon, because the plan is to go see the third one tomorrow. i don't really have the patience for the LOTR series, i think i'm going to go look up whats playing...
